Nickeze Postnatal period underwear are designed to protect you from leaks and keep you secure postpartum. The protective panel is soft, keeping you comfortable, especially against sutures, where you may be tender after giving birth. As bleeding can be heavy for the first few weeks post-delivery, you can wear these in addition to your maternity pads for extra security and as the bleeding lightens, they can be worn without pads to give you that transition back to wearing your normal underwear. They are designed with our 4x4 technology, having 4 layers of a special fabric that can absorb up to the equivalent of 4 regular tampons worth of liquid without any other sanitary product.
