There is a lot that you can do to help with your bladder leaks and I wanted to talk about some healthy bladder habits that can help with bladder leaks.
- Avoid passing urine 'just in case'.
- Hydrate, don't avoid taking fluids because you are afraid that you will have bladder leaks, drink 1.5-2 litres of fluid a day
- Do your pelvic floor exercises, be careful to maintain good form and technique.
- Avoid bladder irritants if you can such as coffee, tea, carbonated drinks
- Don't avoid exercise, it is really good for you.
