Please note that our online store will close for a small business holiday from the 26th June to the 11th July 2026. All orders received before the 26th June will be processed up to 4pm that day. Normal business will resume on the 11th July. Please do not order if you need a product during the above dates.

Nickeze provides worldwide shipping by the most environmentally friendly route available. Orders are queued as received. Orders are usually dispatched from us within 48 hours, this is not guaranteed. Please order your item in good time, allowing for dispatch and delivery time. In peak season, we aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible but orders can take up to 2-4 days during this busy time. 

No returns or exchanges on period underwear or bikini bottoms that have been unsealed from their hygiene pocket, for hygiene purposes. No return or exchanges on sale items.
