Refund policy


Due to the nature of the product (periods), for hygiene reasons, there is no return or exchange on period underwear or bikinis once opened/tried on. You have 14 day return window on period swimsuits, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns made after the expiry of 14 days will not be processed for an exchange or return, and you will receive an email offering to return it to you at your own expense. Please note that there are no exceptions to this policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original untorn product packaging, including any cardboard inserts. Unfortunately we will not be able to accept a return that is not as above, for hygiene purposes, with no exceptions.  There is no refund or exchange on sale items.

To start a return, you must first contact us at nickeze@nickeze.com. or through our chat function on our website to check if you are eligible for a refund. Please include a note containing your order number and what you are seeking with your return. Unfortunately if you do not enclose this information, we have no way of knowing who has returned the item or what you are seeking and you may not receive a refund. Discussing the return with us by email and then returning with no note contained with your order, may equally result in us not knowing who the return is from, and not being able to issue a refund. If your return is accepted, the return will issued on the receipt. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
Please return your item as per returns information above and order your new item off the website, as they are separate transactions. Please ensure that your return item complies with our returns policy. Please note that there are no returns or exchanges on period underwear/bikinis or sale items.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
