1. Wash before use to activate the Nickeze technology within the different layers
2. If Nickeze period underwear, please rinse the protective panel in cold water immediately after use, squeeze out the excess water in a sponge like motion until the water runs clear. Either hang to wash later or wash with your other colour fast clothes.
3. If Nickeze bladder leak underwear, just pop into the washing machine, no need to rinse first.
4. Machine wash at 30 degrees Celsius, do not use fabric softener or bleach.
5. Let the Nickeze air dry or place near a heat source, can be placed in a cool tumble dryer. Do not iron.
